YOGA WARRIORS

Follow along as the story unfolds…

Yoga Warriors is not a project about mastering yoga. It is about meeting people who have allowed yoga to meet them—at kitchen tables, on studio floors, in moments of grief, joy, reinvention, and return.

These are stories of people who have learned to stand in their lives with presence, love, and trust, again and again.

As we stand in Warrior II, we find steadiness and presence. With each breath, we practice meeting what’s here — choosing awareness over reactivity, and compassion over fear.

The Warrior II pose invites us to hold two things at once: staying aware of what’s happening around us while remaining connected to what we feel inside.

From that place, we release what we no longer need and carry forward what we do, stepping off the mat with love, clarity, strength, and intention.

Are You a Yoga Warrior?

Not because of perfect poses—or even formal practice—but because yoga has met you where you are, and you continue to meet your life with presence, love, and trust.

I’m currently meeting people across the country as I create the first edition of Yoga Warriors:

  • A photographic and storytelling project centered on Warrior II, a personal heart-happy pose, and the lived wisdom that unfolds between them.

A woman with short red spiky hair, wearing sunglasses and a black leather jacket, sits cross-legged on a cobblestone street with train tracks. She is making a peace sign with her right hand raised in the air and appears to be meditating or posing in an urban setting with cars and brick buildings.
A person practicing yoga in a dimly lit room, standing on a yoga mat with their hands and feet on the ground, forming a bridge shape.
A man with tattoos practicing yoga or stretching on a concrete bench along a riverside promenade, with a bridge and cloudy sky in the background.
A woman practicing yoga outdoors on a wooden bench near a lake, wearing a hat, sleeveless top, and leggings, in a side lunge pose with one hand on the bench and the other touching her hat, with boats and trees in the background.

This is a project in motion.
Stories are being gathered.
Warriors are stepping forward.

If you’re curious about what’s coming—or feel called to stand in your own practice—join the journey as it unfolds.
