My Story

Hi, I’m Kirsti.

I’ve always been curious about the world — how it moves, how it feels, and what happens when I slow down long enough to notice. Photography grew out of that curiosity. It’s how I explore, pay attention, and make sense of what’s around me.

Yoga helps me stay present inside it all. It keeps me listening, grounded, and open — not just on a mat, but in everyday life. Whether I’m wandering far from home or walking familiar streets, I’m drawn to the quiet beauty that’s already there.

Kirsti Out Wandering isn’t a brand I built from a plan. It’s something that grew as I followed what felt interesting.

♡ Images led to stories.

♡♡ Stories led to people.

♡♡♡ People led to the conversations that stayed with me.

Some days I’m behind the camera.

Some days I’m listening.

Some days I’m just noticing.

I don’t need to decide what this becomes.

It’s perfectly fine for things to change while I’m a part of it, if I am happy.

That all counts.

A lot of what I make lives at the intersection of the two: images shaped by attention, conversations shaped by presence, and projects that unfold slowly, without needing to know where they’ll end.

One of those projects is Yoga Warriors — an ongoing practice of meeting people where they are, listening to their stories, and letting yoga be as real and varied as the lives it touches. It might become a book. It might become something else. For now, it’s exactly what it needs to be.

→ If your curiosity drew you in, welcome!

→ If you're here to explore some photographs, I'm glad you're here.

→ If you're looking to collaborate on something or simply want to say hi, that's perfect too!

However you made it here, I’m glad you found your way.
